

I like the continuing education provided and unlimited support. Set the expectation early that you'll need these items as when things are done out of order, it can cause chaos for those helping and in the minds of your clients that you aren't organized. If you don't understand WHY your Admin or TC needs a certain document, then you'll think "Oh I'll just get these documents later from my clients". We do need to understand that back office part before going out and getting business. BASIC intro training (maybe video link directly where the item is) so that they can see exactly what to do with a pop up video when they are in need of assistance. some of those things that are done on a daily basis are key to improving the workload and increasing productivity on a level that would not be felt unless done on a daily basis.

And also the feedback from the KW ideas is vitally important. so having a wider variety of input prior to rolling out items is key. Sometimes when one thing goes wrong it negatively affects a few other items. They are not competing with you, but helping you and I love that environment. They are giving you the tools and resources to be successful. There’s so many more opportunities within the company I think it would be more than worth while to interview more than one brokerage but definitely have a KW or 2 on your list.

With all of the support and tech it makes sense but a lower monthly fee would make anyone happy I think. Of course Keller Williams isn’t the cheapest brokerage. There’s a sense of connectivity that I really enjoy.

Training started and never stopped since day one! There’s a monthly calendar full of classes, masterminds, panels, etc most available in both person and online. We are now a tech company and moving in the direction we are going in, I believe that was the best move we could make! We are by agents for agents, always opportunities to put my input on things going on, there are committees, leadership, monthly meetings, etc. Culture runs deep and it feels good to be a part of a company that shares the same values as me. Keller Williams has been my brokerage for 3 years now and I love the company all around.
